Bowery Bagels has been successfully delivering wholesale bagels to many locations in the Portland Metropolitan area since 2012. From coffee shops and grocery stores to restaurants and corporate business, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and customer service. We are very proud of our authentic, NY style boiled bagels. Bowery was founded by a transplanted New Yorker whose goal is to replicate the high quality bagels he grew up enjoying.  

Each bagel is made by hand. Our dough is taken through a long cold, slow proof to develop flavor and texture, boiled in small batches, baked to perfection and delivered within hours. The ingredients in our wholesale bagels are deliciously simple; flours and grains from the Pacific Northwest, malt, yeast, salt, and water with the occasional high quality spice or natural flavoring. That’s it. All Bowery Bagels are vegan and certified Kosher Parve by Oregon Kosher.

Bowery has several wholesale bagel varieties available: Plain, Poppyseed, Sesame Seed, Sea Salt, Onion, Everything, Whole Wheat, Cinnamon Raisin Spice, Pumpernickel, Garlic Herb, Chipotle, and Jalapeno Sea Salt.
