Stuffing Bagel
Bowery Bagels Stuffing Bagels Stuffing
6 Stuffing Bagels, cut into ½ inch chunks
1 tablespoon minced fresh sage
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
4 tablespoons melted butter
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup chopped celery
Turkey, chicken or vegetable broth
Sweat onions and celery until translucent. Cool slightly.
Mix all ingredients together, except broth. Allow bagels to absorb liquid.
Add broth until mixture is moist – almost wet.
Put in baking dish, bake at 375 degrees for 35-35 minutes.
